This virtual center, headquartered in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, houses a specialized team of resources dedicated to supporting and growing the CommScope Enterprise solution for Black Box customers.
The CommScope Center of Excellence has been awarded Elite status, the highest level attainable in the CommScope BusinessPartner program. In addition, Black Box received accreditation as a Certified iPatch® Solution BusinessPartner. Achieving Elite partner status requires intense technical expertise, extensive certifications, and excellent customer satisfaction. SYSTIMAX® Certified iPatch® Solution Partner accreditation requires design and installation expertise for intelligent network infrastructure solutions, as well as iPatch software configuration and managed services. The CommScope Center of Excellence will put these designations to use supporting Black Box customers throughout the United States.
